24 Hours Notice: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental.

If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
