  • Can I book a car in advance?
    Yes, you could book a car in advance by contacting us – by phone or online form.
  • What do I need to rent a luxury car?
    We will ask to see your documents when you pick up the car: ID card or passport (min. 18 years old) Category B driver’s license (for a minimum of 1 year)
  • What does the pickup look like?
    After the reservation, our specialist will hand over the vehicle at the office at Iberico mall, 29990 Marbella, Málaga
  • What does the return look like?
    Place of return You can just return the vehicle to the same location from which you picked it up. Preparation The renter acknowledges the vecihcle that he or she receives is clean, in perfect condition, undamaged, and with a full tank of fuel. The renter agrees to preserve and maintain the vehicle, drive it according to thee standards of the law, and return it clean and with a full tank of fuel. Have your ID with you
  • What are all the costs of renting a car?
    We only charge the car rental fee indicated in the offer on our website. You will also need to pay a deposit when collecting the car. It will be refunded upon returning the car (in cash or by card).
  • What payment options are available?
    You can pay by bank transfer (SEPA EUR, SWIFT USD), credit card, cash or Crypto USDC. We issue a VAT invoice if you let us know at the time of booking.
  • Do I have to make a deposit?
    A deposit is required with every rental, its amount can be found in the price list of the chosen vehicle. It is returned immediately after the end of the rental. You can pay it with a credit card or in cash. The deposit is returned in full if the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Otherwise, it is reduced by the equivalent of any damages or charges. For young drivers, the deposit required is twice as high.
  • Can my friends or family ride in the car?
    Yes, the car can be driven by anyone with a driving license. However, please remember to include the person in the contract as an additional driver already at the stage of booking.
  • Are the cars safe?
    High-performance vehicles require special care, to which we pay the greatest attention. Each vehicle is at most a few years old, fully insured, has an up-to-date technical inspection and is regularly serviced.
  • What rental add-ons are available?
    Among others, a child seat, extension of the mileage limit, Puerto Banús entry card. You can find all the extras and their prices on the subpage of the car you are interested in.
  • Can I shorten or extend it during my rental?
    The length of the rental can be extended as well as shortened during the rental. To do so, please contact us.
  • I Had a collision what should I do?
    Don’t worry! If someone has been injured, first call the emergency services on 112. Move the vehicle to a safe place (e.g. the side of the road), as long as this does not danger its condition. Contact us and our specialist will transport the vehicle and arrange a replacement car for you.
  • Can I travel outside of Spain?
    You can use the vehicle not only in Marbella, but throughout Spain. But remember not to go outside the country.
  • Can I enter the port of Puerto Banús?
    Entry to Puerto Banús is possible after renting a special entry card. This is available at the time of booking for a rental fee of €100/day.
